Are you not satisfied with your order, or does the size not fit your dog? You have 15 days from the date you receive your parcel to return any items you wish.

If the item is a gift, simply let us know the date on which you plan to offer it so we can extend the return period. However, only an exchange will be possible after the standard 15-day return period.

Returned products must be new, unworn, unused, clean, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. For textile accessories (harnesses, collars, coats, etc.), please ensure that items are free of dog hair, odor, dirt, and any signs of use or washing, out of respect for hygiene and for other customers. We strongly recommend trying the item on your dog indoors and for a short period only, to avoid embedded hair, damage, or stains.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all items, except in cases where Waf & Co made an error in preparing your order or if the product is defective upon delivery. In such cases, Waf & Co will cover the return costs. If this applies to you, please contact us at: hello@wafandco.com

If your return meets the conditions above, you may choose between:

  • a refund to your original payment method
  • a store credit valid across the entire shop

Please allow 2 to 6 business days after we receive your return to receive your refund or store credit, minus the initial shipping fees, even if those fees were originally offered.

 


 

For Exchanges

Two options are available:

  • You don’t want to wait: Place a new order for the item you want. The refund for the first item will be processed once your return has been received by our team.
  • You’re not in a rush or prefer not to pay upfront: Choose a store credit, which will be issued as soon as we receive your return and can be used for your next order.

 


 

How to Make a Return

  • Go to “My Orders” in your customer account
  • Select the order concerned
  • Check the items you wish to return and indicate the reason
  • Click on “Confirm my return”
  • Send your item(s) with your order number in secure packaging to one of the addresses below:

Our After-Sales Service reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the required conditions are not met (used product, hair, odor, stains, missing packaging, etc.). In such cases, no exchange or refund will be issued, and the parcel will be returned to you.
