We deliver your dog accessories worldwide!
Because we know how excited you are to receive your dog's new accessories, the Waf And Co team prepares and ships your orders as quickly as possible. Every parcel is carefully prepared within 24 business hours and dispatched according to the selected delivery method and product availability.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. are shipped the same day, regardless of the delivery option. Orders placed on Friday after 2:30 p.m. or over the weekend are shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays and subject to payment validation).
We also offer a free Click & Collect service from our location in Tourcoing (France).
Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout, depending on your address and the selected carrier.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes and reflect the average timelines observed. They may vary during busy periods or due to external factors. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note: if you choose delivery via Mondial Relay, your parcel will remain available at the Pickup Point for 7 days. After this period, it will be returned to us, and additional fees may apply for reshipment. It is your responsibility to carefully track your parcel (a tracking email will be sent to you—please contact us if you do not receive it).
If the selected Pickup Point is unavailable at the time of delivery, Mondial Relay may choose to deliver your parcel to a nearby alternative Pickup Point.
