Any natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or professional activity, visiting or making a purchase via the website www.wafandco.com
Hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the terms of distance selling between Waf And Co and the Customer, from order to payment and delivery. They govern all the steps necessary for placing an order and ensure the follow-up of that order between the contracting parties.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these GTCS. As these GTCS may be subject to change, the applicable conditions are those in force on www.wafandco.com on the date the Customer places the order.
The Customer acknowledges using the Waf And Co website for personal use only and refrains from any partial or total resale of the Products ordered for profit.
The Customer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into this contract: being of legal age and not under guardianship or trusteeship.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale by Waf And Co are those displayed on the website www.wafandco.com on the day the Customer consults the website.
Products are offered for sale subject to availability. As soon as a product is no longer available, the Customer is informed by the mention “out of stock” on the product page and the inability to add it to the cart.
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product descriptions include, in particular, their essential characteristics such as composition, weight, care instructions, intended use, and information relating to certification under European standards.
The Customer may also contact Waf And Co via the contact form to obtain additional information.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDER
To place an order, the Customer must first identify themselves or register on the website www.wafandco.com by completing the “Create your account” form.
Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes express acceptance of the prices displayed and the descriptions of the products available for sale. The Customer also declares having read these GTCS prior to placing the order. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these GTCS.
At each stage of the ordering process, the Customer may review the contents of their order and access all information relating to the selected products, their price, delivery conditions, payment methods, and the right of withdrawal.
Validation of the order and payment constitutes final confirmation of the order. Waf And Co will confirm the order by email, including all previously communicated information, the GTCS, and the withdrawal form.
Due to product availability, an order may be delivered in several shipments. If the Customer wishes the Products to be delivered to two different addresses, two (2) separate orders must be placed.
Waf And Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in the event of Customer insolvency or non-payment.
The information provided by the Customer when placing the order is binding. Waf And Co shall not be held liable for errors made by the Customer in delivery or billing details, nor for delivery delays or impossibility resulting from such errors.
ARTICLE 4 – SHIPPING COSTS, DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND TIMES
Delivery times
After order confirmation and subject to full payment, Waf And Co undertakes to ship the ordered products within 24 to 48 hours to the delivery address provided.
Receipt of delivery
Waf And Co takes every precaution to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered products and to make any necessary reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip.
Delivery area and rates
Delivery is carried out via Colissimo tracking, Mondial Relay, or DHL. Applicable rates are available by clicking on the “Delivery” tab on our website.
If applicable, the Customer agrees to pay upon receipt all taxes, duties, and charges due in connection with the delivery. Waf And Co cannot be held jointly liable in this respect. In the event of a delivery delay exceeding seven (7) days, the Customer may, except in cases of force majeure, cancel the sales contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to:

This right must be exercised within sixty (60) business days from the initially scheduled delivery date.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the order, without having to justify the decision. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
To exercise this right, the Customer may complete the return form available on the website or use the withdrawal form attached to these GTCS.
The Customer may also submit a clear statement on plain paper expressing the wish to withdraw.
The withdrawal form must be included in the return parcel or sent to hello@wafandco.com.
The Customer undertakes to return the Products via tracked Colissimo with signature, new, unused, intact, and accompanied by all accessories, instructions, and documentation, to the following address:

Waf And Co reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged or appears to have been used.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Waf And Co will refund all sums paid, free of charge, within a maximum of 14 days from notification, subject to receipt of the returned products.
ARTICLE 6 – PRICES
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) for Europe, Pounds Sterling for the UK, and US Dollars for the United States. Prices are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) and exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Waf And Co reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rates in force at the time the order is placed.
ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order using one of the payment methods offered on the website.
Payment methods include:

- Bank transfer
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
Waf And Co shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses, or any event deemed force majeure.
Waf And Co shall not be liable for failure to perform contractual obligations in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable acts of a third party, or fault attributable to the Customer.
Waf And Co cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind resulting from improper use of the products sold.
ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTY
All products sold on www.wafandco.com benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, allowing defective or non-compliant products to be returned.
ARTICLE 10 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any clause of these terms is deemed null or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
ARTICLE 11 – DURATION
These conditions apply for the entire duration that products and services are offered online by Waf And Co.
ARTICLE 12 – DATA PROTECTION
The collection of personal data is mandatory for order processing. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, the Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete personal data.
ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
ANNEX – WITHDRAWAL FORM
This form must be completed and returned only if the Customer wishes to withdraw from the order placed on www.wafandco.com.
